Es un hotel muy básico para gente de trabajo como yo, que cuenta5 con lo limpieza buenas sábanas y toalla y La cama buena, relación precio comodidad muy bien

Es un hotel rustico, si te gusta esa onda es el hotel ideal, si buscas todo tipo de lujo y amenidad, no lo reserves por que terminaras criticando Camas y almohadas muy comodas

Mal servicio Malos Alimentos Hotel ruidoso No es una habitación que cueste 1600 y ustedes otorguen un descuento del 50% es mentira esas habitaciones no cuestan ni 700 pesos. Nunca lo recomienden como hotel ejecutivo.

The hotel does not live up to what the website pictures and description portraits, there are no public areas except a couch in the hallway that is almost always occupied by the owner whom sits there all day with a not so friendly face and attitude. The restaurant is only open for breakfast which along with teh staff is the only saving grace of this property. I spent 36 hours with no water because they decided to give maintenance to the water system during teh weekend and did not account for the guest staying in property therefore we could not shower or go to the bathroom in our rooms. Monday first thing in teh morning the owner came and sat in the couch outside the rooms and he sat there as usual with a stern face but did not even apologize or offer any kind of compensation. it a shame that I can not recommend this property because is a cute small no pretense property well located and friendly staff but it should be sold like that in your reputable booking engine and most of all because of the terrible attitude of teh owner that results in poor service. I actually would like to get a compensation for the two days that I did not have water.

Rosa barraco is a pretty and charming hotel, in a convenient location but the rooms are quite light and it is a bit noisy. The free breakfast only included hot cakes and fruit.

Perfect place to stay with a great location. Very clean & comfortable.
