Beautiful hotel but they didn’t have all the restaurants open and the beach area was not open with service. Drinks are not good.

Naay es un hotel muy bonito, perfecto para unas vacaciones tranquilas y para apreciar hermosos atardeceres lejos del bullicio del centro. Las instalaciones son hermosas y nuevas, el personal es muy amable y lo hacen sentir a uno como en casa especialmente Carlos, Josué, Manuel, Rene y Lucio. La playa solitaria está a solo unos pasos así como también la laguna para ver la luminiscencia . Se puede caminar por la playa y llegar al centro fácilmente en unos 25 minutos. Solo tengo algunos comentarios para la administración que harían este hotel aún mejor: Por ser un lugar alejado del centro, me gustaría que hubiera una mayor variedad de platillos en el restaurant, ya que si se va uno a quedar por varios días el menú puede llegar a aburrir y salir a comer en otros lugares es un poco complicado. También hace falta mayor selección de productos en la tienda del hotel . Agregar más personal haría la estancia aún más única e inolvidable. Este sería un lugar ideal para reuniones familiares, bodas, etc . Volvería a hospedarme en este hotel. !!

We stayed at Naay for one week and our experience varied day by day. I’ll start off the with positives: - Nice Facility: the property is newly built so the rooms, common areas and pool are all very nice. The style is “Beach modern” with incredible sea and sunset views. - Quite: it is also located on the west end of the island which is less inhabited so it’s quiet and secluded. - Beach: the private beach is along Playa Coco which is amongst the nicest on the island and is stunning Now for the negatives: - Location: because it’s on the west end of the island, it is NOT convenient to access. It often rains in Holbox and the roads become flooded making in IMPOSSIBLE to walk into town by road. Only way in is a) 20 min Taxi which is $25 USD each way, or b) via the beach which during the day is alright (20-30 min) but can also be tricky at night. There are no lights and if the tide high is more like hiking at certain points - Service: the service and managment is sub par. Here’s what we experienced: 1) when we arrived, the sheets is our room were dirty and had to call to have them replaced 2) on a two of they days they didn’t clean our room. When confronted about it they simply said they didn’t get to it. 3) We ran out of body wash on day 2 and asked EVERY day to have it replaced. Never happened. 4) Ordering anything in the restaurant takes an hour, even if you’re the only one there. The trip was nice but we’ll stay elsewhere on our next visit to Holbox.

Es hermoso el hotel todo en un lugar exacto

I enjoyed my stay at Naay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the property is nice. The downside was that there was only one restaurant open and the beach area was desolate. The hotel was super quite while I was there which is most likely why they had limited options. I was there at the start of December, so for anyone wanting to visit i'd check in advance to make sure all amenities are open as this definitely made my stay less enjoyable.

Un lugar tranquilo, la comida es deliciosa, la atención increíble, sin duda, me volveré a hospedar ahi!! Las habitaciones de sueño y la vista inigualable!!

The staff are helpful and kind. The restaurant options are very limited but this quiet out of the way place makes up for it. There's a couple of beach places within walking distance but this secret is really hidden. Be prepared to pay $20 USD for a one way taxi to/from town. If you're looking for busy and nightlife you should rethink however if you want peaceful and quiet this is your spot. Plus they have a generator which comes in handy most days. The island does take US currency however recommend grabbing some pesos just to make things more simple. We'll be back!! With MORE mosquito spray!!!!!

This boutique hotel really exceeded my expectations in many ways. It was appointed with brilliance in all of its design details, and the staff was extremely warm and friendly from check-in to check out. Personally, I would not mind staying there for a week or so if I would return. It’s extremely remote, however, and certainly not a walkable property in terms of their being no restaurants nearby that I’m personally aware of that you would want to walk to, but for those that just want to hang out on a gorgeous property and going out on boat adventures that pick you up from the beach in front of the hotel, it’s perfect. Town is a 10-15 minute drive away on the ATV taxis that dominate the island, but there were some restaurants closer by ~ 5 mins away My only criticism, as petty as it is, is that their playlist by the pool had wayyyy too much jimmy Buffett, as much as I like him. Highly recommended
