The rooms and the hotel looked renovated

I reserved a King room but was assigned an accessible room, which did not meet my preferences. When I requested a room change, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked. As a result, I was moved to another room where the window was completely blocked by a large exterior sign, making it impossible to open the blinds or enjoy any natural light. Additionally, I reported that the sink was clogged, besides that everything else was good.

Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Good TV with normal apps. Nespresso pod machine in the room. Staff were welcoming. Good parking on site. You can park there at a reduced hotel rate.

When you arrive outside, you might be concerned what you booked. Feels like you might be turning up to a nightclub because of the bright lights and layout of the building.. There is a seperate restaurant too. However, hotel is on the 2nd floor.

Personal service, everyone was friendly and helpful. No challenges. Shuttle came and got us from the airport even though it was in the evening.

Had to ask for 2 washcloths; minor inconvenience.

The staff were very helpful. They helped us get what we needed. Bus Q25 is right outside and it goes to Flushing.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days we had new water and towels, other days, no water or towels. Another day, new water but no towels. That was the only issue.

I arrived for one night for ober night between flights in LGA. All i needed was a good night sleep. But not just that the roo. Smelled wried? The a/c made horrible noise all night. I had to put ear plugs to be able to sleep a bit. The reception service is bad and they didnt try to assist (nor being nice when i arrived). Also even though i booked a king size bed I got a room with two beds. Which wasn't comfortable. The linen felt like plastic they put for kids. Very cheap.
