The workers in the food service area were friendly and hardworking. Also, I found the food was good. The hotel room’s design was also nice.

The property gave me the incorrect room. I reserved a double bed since I was going on a trip with my mother, my son, and his father. Instead I had two rooms with a a single king sized bed. When I talked to the front desk to correct it, they told me that since I booked through the booking platform they get to “choose “ my room. In short, I spent a good amount of money just to share a bed with my mother. Basically ruined the restful sleep I had envisioned and paid for. The hotel told me that they were full and could not offer me another room. The next night although they initially offered to change the room, it never materialized. So, in short, I cannot recommend the hotel since my experience was largely negative.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

The room needs dusting

Parking is super convenient and very affordable and dining options are good but expensive

There is a karaoke bar downstairs open until 4:00 which made it a bit noisy but we had a noise machine to sleep and it was fine. Other guests without noise machines complained so would highly recommend using one

There was no continental breakfast, and the hotel prices for breakfast were too high so I didn't have the breakfast.

Crowded parking situation.

I liked that there was a restaurant on the property, a laundromat available, and the wonderful service. I liked how modern the hotel appeared also.

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking.
