I checked into the hotel and was provided the key to someone else’s room. As a woman knowing the staff is this careless with their guests safety is extremely scary. It’s also been two days after my stay and no one has answered the phone for me or Expedia for my refund. I would not recommend.

The coffee was great. I wish the breakfast offered bacon or sausage. Not everyone like biscut and gravy

I hate I didn't see her name tag, but the hostess was truly amazing. From her customer service, her smile and warm welcome, we felt welcomed.
