Beautiful design!

Many things were broken in our room or didn't work. Some of the staff wasn't very friendly. We only made one request and they never bothered.

Clean. Birdies. Valet personnel helpful. Pet friendly.

Location degraded. Loud and busy. Too crowded to enjoy bar during this visit.

Location was great except they closed off the street and the hotel did not provide any instructions for getting to the valet area. We ended up backing up through the alley to get our vehicle back to valet.

See above Valet Parking On our last night we decided to have a nightcap in the upstairs lounge. The hostess said we could only sit at the bar since we did not have a reservation. There were many tables open and only about 45 ppl there, we were stumped. The waitress ended up moving us to a table. The hostess said "If the firemarshal comes we are in big trouble". Working for Four Seasons Hotels for 17 years and a meeting planner for the last 15 years, I can tell you this was very poorly handled, especially since she let in all "younger" people after us with no issues. She needs a lesson regarding equality.

Valet service was wonderful while facing quite challenging street restrictions.

We loved everything about the hotel. The restaurant had a great burger! The store could use more basic variety in affordable necessities. Also...Definitely need a small stool or foot prop for the shower:) But fabulous over all. We will stay again!

Maybe better security around the perimeter. There were unsavory characters outside wandering. There was no blanket or spread on the bed....odd. However, we normally bring our own blankets so not really a problem for us.

The street it’s on was closed off when I arrived in the evening and it was really hard to get in and find the front door with the street closure. The guy at check in really didn’t seem to care much when I told him. He wasn’t very informative at check in about any hotel info, where my room was and he also didn’t tell me about needing to scan my keycard on the elevator in order to push a button and ascend to a floor.

la ubicación estaba bien, el hotel tenía valet parking (carísimo) y no tenía desayuno. El desayuno era un local contiguo donde comprar café y algún muffin.

Que no tuviera un lugar donde tomar desayuno adecuadamente.
