Beautiful view of the river and the condo had everything you need. 2 bathrooms, 2 beds, a couch and full kitchen.

Wifi is poor. Dont stay here if you need it for work. View was great! Location is nice. It has everything you need, except functional fast wifi. Bed was comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. Air conditioning worked well in the main living area was freezing while the bedroom was still too warm with the air on high and a fan pushing. Staff was friendly.

The property and the unit were in a state of disrepair. In our unit the TV didn’t work properly at first and then not at all. The closet door in the hall started falling off the wall when I tried to open it. The shower door in the master bath was off the track. It appeared to be more like an air B&B with mismatched furniture. The bed was small and like an IKEA bed. My husband has mobility issues and they assigned us to a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. The wood was peeled on the unit deck and in the hallways and siding. The front desk is only staffed from 10:00 - 7:00 and the phone number posted everywhere was disconnected.

This place was gross and stank really bad. The carpets were stained all over with, from the smell I think was dog crap. The sheets were itchy and the dishes were dirty in the washer which obviously hadn't been run. It's also extremely dated. I feel bad for whoever owns the unit. Also the stairs are no joke either. It did have a nice view of the river. The good parts were the full kitchen and two bathrooms but the water pressure in the shower was very weak. We couldn't find anywhere else to book last minute or we wouldn't have stayed.

The floor was really dirty a d no coffee as promissed. Never got the email with the code for the door but the person at the phone was helpful. Great view from the room and nice area around.

The view of the Deschutes River is incredible. Property is very clean. Very close to downtown (restaurants and breweries) One recommendation would be to have kitchen washcloths and kitchen towels in the room.

We stayed in one of the small, queen bed cottages next to the river and green belt. Good: -Dog friendly -Good view of the river from the cottage large window -Green belt path in front of the cottages **Poor: -Our cottage had a weird smell. We don’t know if it’s because they are very old or something else. -There are no pet disposal cans for poop bags. You’ll have to take your poop bags to the park garbage cans next door. -Leaky bathroom faucet -Very old saggy queen bed that needs replaced. They “fixed” the problem by adding a thick piece of foam under the mattress pad. -Floor was very dirty and needed mopped. -Lots of nick nacks, plastic plants etc. that took up space in the small cottage. -Very loud window air conditioner. -The cost per night to stay here was not worth it. Look elsewhere in Bend. Plenty of good hotels. This place is run by a property management company. -

I liked the river view, closeness to the park, an ease of walking along the river. The pool on the property was cold and not very clean, but it was still nice to cool off on a hot day.
