Bend Riverside Rentals

Our stay was average. Very old worn down decor, and our shower was extremely full of soap scum that my partner almost fell in the shower. The other shower was clean so we used that one. Amenities were good; we did enjoy the patio and the views were beautiful.

Loved the view and it was so quiet. We would use it again. Didn’t go to the pool, just no time.

Close to river and town

One of the barstools has a screw missing, resulting in footrest just resting on the floor. Otherwise, congratulations to unit owner for such a nice place to stay. We would rent this unit again in the future if visiting Bend.

Loved it - location right on the river. Easy walking distance to downtown Bend, parks and river walk. Nice indoor pool and hot tub!

This apartment was clean and spacious and had everything I needed. It was. Right on the river walk and I walked everywhere! I was traveling solo and felt completely safe at all times, even at night. It was a lovely vacation all in all.

OK for location on a busy weekend. Beds were comfortable but property and this unit specifically is really old and outdated. I’d go the hotel route over this next time we visit Bend.

The location and view is incredible. We took our E-Bikes and felt we could go everywhere. We rode to the local bakery for a morning pastry. We rode downtown and drove past 10 Barrel Brewery and the river float takeout that we went on the day before. The room was nice but needed some updating in the kitchen. We went with 3 adults and only had 2 plates and 2 wine glasses so we ended up buying paper plates. The dishwasher was not attached to the cabinets so it wanted to fall forward when you opened the door. There was a small electric BBQ that took a while to get hot but made good steaks. We were told that the mattresses were new but the owner opted for hard mattresses which I'm sure will last longer but they were so hard we kept tossing and turning as your body would go numb. The neighbors had dogs that kept barking all night. Management was informed of the issues but slow to respond so we just dealt with it. The kitchen pots/pans were teflon-coated and badly peeling. Great location and we had a good trip. We would stay again but spend a little more time vetting the room.
