To start never swtched my room no shower curtain DIRTY sheets no clean towels the whole time I was there. pipe under sink fell apart. I asked the front desk to come look at it n he didn't .I complained several times. I asked to speak with the manager they said he will be there the next day. Next day came and went and still no manager. I tried to resolve this myself but I couldn't. So I called expedia but they weren't much of a help either If I had to rate stay it would be 2 just for convenience .If I had to rate expedia I would rate their service 2.5 because someone actually answered the phone when you called.
