It was ok

Was a bit loud we were woken up a bit during the night

Expedia messed up my check in dates. According to them my check in date was a wednesday and check was friday. But what i was supposed to get was check in thursday and leave saturday, which is what they charged my card for. Because fridays cost $50 more. So that was a mess. Also, the place does not have a sign saying studio 9 anywhere. It says Omeo, which was also confusing. The front door has a door bell and a slide open window to do business thru. Which left me outside freezing in the wind, trying to hear what the guy was saying. Wouldnt stay here again.

Overall condition of the property was poor. Buildings are in poor repair. Loose and rusted A/C covers. Old shabby furniture. No soap or tissue paper in bathroom. Probably the worst place I have ever stayed in.

The studio was extremely cozy and beautifully decorated. The owner was very easy to communicate with, responds quickly and warmly. The location is a bit far from downtown San Francisco but my stay overall was extremely pleasant.

well first the check in was a disaster they have our room dirty still we didnt get to check in till 4 pm then the next morning im cooking for my kids and the general manager came up to me and said he will charge me 500 dollars for smoke because the fire alarm went off. he try to treath us with sending us a fire department bill lol i told him to dont rent this rooms or advertise that you cant cook there. he was a uneducated guy to be a general manager. las time i stay here. he will get to social media he was really mean

Adorable little spot for to stay with easy access to the downtown. The staff,.

The property has obviously been upgraded, but not with a lot of attention to details - like not having convenient outlets to the bed. Also it looks like a motel. Also, there was no sign visible!! we only saw small piece of copy paper with the name under which I booked as we were checking in.
