Front desk receptionist were friendly, the room was large & clean with a comfortable bed

The guy working the breakfast needed to put a little pep in his step. We, along with many others, had to wait quite awhile for warm food options and to have essentials restocked

Welcome from staff was great! Clean and comfortable

Noise from upstairs. Pillows were way too thin. The breakfast was a little blah and not stocked very well.

The property is modern, clean, well kept up, and overall the accommodation was pleasant. The Saturday breakfast was for better than most hotels. Staff was helpful.

This property does accept pets. For over four hours, the guests above us could be heard pacing the floor, dropping their belongings and ultimately attempting to manage their large dog as it barked. I had to repeatedly inform staff this disruption with my last attempt lasting until 1130 at night. Staff was not properly trained as to how to enable the card key system. One staff member was kind enough to walk up with me to unlock the door with her key fob.
