The tub didn't have a tub stopper, all towels still had old stains on them also pillow cases and my lamp didn't have no light bulb in it and the upper door lock didn't lock.

Upon arrival, I was shocked by the condition of the property. The hotel is located in a very unsafe and compromised part of town, and I felt unsafe the moment I arrived. The property was dirty, dingy, dusty, and generally uninhabitable. Most disturbingly, the sink in the room had no pipes attached—they were actually lying on the floor. I have photographic evidence of the condition of the room. When I approached the front desk to express my concerns and request a different room, the attendant was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. There was no assistance offered, and I was left to find alternate accommodations on my own in the middle of the night. This experience was not only unacceptable—it was distressing and potentially dangerous. I hold Booking.com fully responsible for advertising a property in this condition. It is inexcusable that such vendors are listed on your platform without adequate vetting. After this incident, I can no longer trust Booking.com for hotel accommodations. I will also be reporting this property to the appropriate local hospitality authorities. Please respond immediately and issue a full refund without delay. Rooms were small but clean. Could use some updating but it served my purpose.

It is nothing like the pictures they don’t clean the floors. They say non smoking but that’s all you smell when you open the doors. Burn hole all in the blankets and not a good area at all. Not for me I canceled my booking wasn’t laying my head in this disgusting place
