I was nicely surprised to see a kitchenette with a dishwasher.

The mattress was too firm

It was very clean . Fatima was really helpful as in trying to locate my speaker I left in the room after check out

Housekeeping seemed a bit puzzle when asked about my speaker box .. I checked out right at 11:00am was gone only 10min when I realized I forgotten it. Came back and nobody knew what happened to it. I’m very disappointed

Spacious rooms, beds were comfortable, and it was clean.

Being a loyal customer I was highly disappointed with the lpoor level of professional and customer service. The front desk attendant on 2 different occasions was rude and loud talking myself and the customer service respresentive ( with her own hilton reservation department). I was there due to medical and business purposes. Slated to be from a Tues to Monday. Had to cut my bisit short due to the way the call and rhe extension of my reservation was handled. I am a very patient understanding business women who values loyalty and good customer service. I with this being t he 2nd time the service has been poor and the pool is still incomplete a year later. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I pray things improve becomes you never know whom and what influences a person staying at the facility may , especially not based off of color or gender.
