The location is good!

The bathroom was not clean (hair in shower) and there was no hot water! I texted to report the lack of hot (not even slightly warm) water. I was told to run the shower for 20 minutes and see if it got hot. I did as told and reported the water was still cold. No one came to help, no offer was made to move me to another room, no partial refund or any other compensation was offered for my inconvenience!

It was pleasant and helpful but they could use a better washing service for towels I went out to buy my own towels and sheets but other than that it was pleasant

First of all, there is no actual office. It is all virtual took 40 minutes to get our room! Once I got my room, they gave me a code. The door would not open. There was a hurricane the week before I arrived. One of the persons that were fixing things said that everything got flooded so maybe the door was swollen. When I got in the room, I sat on the sofa, and my pants were wet. My children have asthma and this room was not completely dried out. Also There was rust on the sofa, bed and no sheets or blankets. The bathroom had a lot of rust all over the place, except the toilet and the sink. The bed was full of humidity. It was disgusting. The pool was extremely dirty full of bugs and leaves. This was nothing like the pictures Yes, the rooms were a little bit upgraded, but overall they’re not safe to have kids around. They Told me that I can vacate the room and that they would send a refund after they send an inspector to inspect the room to see if everything I was saying was true. According to the inspector, everything was fine And everything was dry, which is a lie! They never refunded me the money after they told me to vacate the room. They’re just there to steal your money, they were not ready to open up again. It’s the worst place I have ever been to. And one of the employees said They were fixing doors and they were fixing gates when I got there cuz of the hurricane but when the inspector came in room there was nothing wrong.??? I don’t recommend it.

The code didnt work at the front door, and the walls are hollow and people were loud.

Had a lot of things to do within walking distance well lite felt safe. Parking was very close great convenience. Room was great. Customer service was available for any questions.

The place was very filthy and not organized. On our arrival we went to our room and contact customer service. We told them the rooms were messy and look as if someone had just check out. Then notified them I was very upset and that I wanted to cancel everything and a refund. They still charged the entire stay. Personally this is the worse experience ever!
