Чисто, удобное расположение, рядом очень много автобусов, что в любую точку города можно доехать без пересадок. Метро, магазины, ночная жизнь. На крыше сад с видом на город. Рядом гора с обзорной площадкой. Стиралка, плита, кухня. Возможность готовить.

Неудобно было обходить кровать , чтобы подойти к столу со стульями, расстояние от кровати до стены очень узкое и висит телевизор под наклоном. В час пик лифтов ждать довольно долго, хотя их 4, потому что многие едут сверху с чемоданами и в лифт просто не влезть.
