地理位置方便、訊息回覆快速、能從內部鎖門，避免人在房間內的時候，被開門

1. 電梯有3台，有2台的按鍵是連動的，卻很常跳過不停 2. 房間內設施對身高較矮的不友善，衣櫃裡的衣架有點高；廁所裡的衛生紙放置過高，底下又是馬桶，拿得很辛苦 3. 備品的量給人感覺很小氣，所有液體類的只給半瓶、廁所用衛生紙總共只有2捲、垃圾袋也沒有提供多的，有訊息詢問是否能放置在門口讓房務人員收或是要自行到1樓丟棄，並請提供新的垃圾袋。卻告知要自行丟的話，要到1樓的便利商店自費購買丟棄用垃圾袋…… 4. 清潔的不算乾淨，如圖地板有毛髮，其餘有些地方有灰塵，鐵製晾衣架有油味 5. 沒有提供烘衣設備訂房網頁有告知，但詢問附近哪裡有洗衣房卻不願意告知，只是回覆能使用房間內的晾衣架 6. 房內動線設計奇怪，先床後桌子，冰箱與床之間的距離超窄，跟訂房網頁的圖片有點出入。浴室跟衣櫃一樣寬、房間內的暗門是冷氣室外機，只要開冷氣就超吵
