Woodspring Suites Milwaukee - Menomonee Falls

Property inside snd outside was in excellent condition and well maintained. Good size suites and appliances. Maintenance staff excellent. Lobby staff rude and not friendly.

It is a nice and clean place but it has the capabilities to offer more.

The hotel is clean but whatever they spray on the carpet in the elevator smells like weed. The beds are sooo uncomfortable. The office has weird hours and if they are not there you have to call them. Have to use your card to get through the main door and another door to get to the elevator. There are a lot of rules. They don't clean the room but every other week so we got our room cleaned two days in on our 10 day stay and never got another cleaning. Their coffee machine was always empty.

Everyone was nice It made for a good experience

Hotel was fine and room was clean and well designed. Nice enough place just odd it didn’t have an Ice machine anywhere. It is away from any other amenities so getting food or provisions wasn’t an easy option.

Had I Working television and the toilet was broken and kept me up all night

Property is on a great location right off the highway. Entrance smelled great as well but that’s were the train stops. First they advertise a rate on apps but then charge you a more expensive rate because the app doesn’t include local and state taxes even though the quote they gave me included taxes. No Wi-Fi password was given. I had to figure it out on my own. They also up charge if you want faster internet. Beds didn’t have a box spring just a mattress that almost felt like you were sleeping on the floor. Even if this was a handicap accesible room, I can only imagine how much of a hard time someone would have getting up from the bed. No coffee maker is included in the room. All hotels offer this, even those cheap motel 6/super 8 types but not here. They will gladly rent you some kitchen appliances though. We asked the front desk for new towels but they wanted us to go back to our rooms so that we can bring down our dirty towels before they can give us new towels. Who does that? They only give you two towels and two face towels and that’s it. No swimming pool. No breakfast. No Do Not Disturb sign. Housekeeping supposedly comes twice a week to clean but they don’t tell you when those days are. Place only has like 3 floors but elevators take forever to go up and down and to open and close. Every time we went out there was someone complaining about something in the front desk and even when we checked out the front desk shutter was half way down and no one there in sight. ⭐️⭐️

I reserved the Woodspring Suites Milwaukee Hotel room for a weeks vacation, I'm traveling from Nebraska to visit family near Milwaukee. There's nothing worse then being on vacation and having a bad hotel stay. I thought because of the good reviews and this being a newer hotel this would be a good choice. It's one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at in my life. Super loud residents and the hotel is on a super noisy highway. No curtains in the rooms so sunlight pours in through the cheap closed blinds. The worst part of their hotel rooms is the cheap rock hard mattresses. These mattresses are fit for dogs at best. The mattresses are literally like sleeping on plywood. They only purchased cheap rock hard mattresses for every room, I asked. I switched to a different room and the mattress was just as hard, the room just as noisy. I almost never write negative reviews. But the management is horrible. The management refused to allow a prorated refund of my 9 days stay even if you check out days early to find a better hotel. The management wants to steal my entire weekly stay amount that they require you pay in full in advance. They want to pretend I'm getting an amazing discount for paying for a week stay in advance. The price of this horrible hotel with a discount is the same price as any motel 6 or red roof in on expedia. Even if you gave me this hotel room for $5 per night I wouldn't be able to stay here because of the rock hard mattresses. There's nothing worse then being o
