Valet parking was a long wait, elevator very very slow

Everything was perfect thank you

Elevators are too slow, you can wait in line for more than 5 minutes. Over charges are everywhere : parking, resort fee, etc.

Room was in poor overall condition. Smelled badly towards end of stay. We luckily were on the 4th floor so could take stairs otherwise long wait for elevator. The vacation rental team was very responsive

Very good location but the elevator is terrible, the all building smells marihuana all the time.

The room and view were amazing. However, the restaurant in the building had poor service, and the Valet was OK but not good.

Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, just in the lobby. There are 2 small elevators to service the entire hotel which is an absurd miscalculation. The floors in our room were sticky when we checked in. There is a washer and dryer, but no laundry detergent. It's a nice spacious apartment in a nice location but the maintenance is laughable and overall experience was not at all as expected.

Honestly, you're really just paying for the view because the rest of the experience is a disaster. Let’s start with the room. It was dirty—stained bed sheets, a shower nozzle that just fell off, and a shower door that didn’t seal, flooding the bathroom with water. Oh, and the elevator? Forget about it. You’ll wait 15+ minutes just to get in, and when you do, it’s packed with people plus staff, so you’ll have to wait again. But the real nightmare came on our last night. My boyfriend and I were in one half of the suite, his parents on the other. Everything was fine until bang-bang-bang—a man starts pounding on our door at 10 PM, yelling “HOUSECLEANING!” At first, we thought it was just a drunk neighbor being an idiot because who does housecleaning at 10pm…. But then, it kept escalating. His tone became more aggressive, and threatening. By this point, all four of us were on edge and quite confused. We weren't about to open the door for some stranger acting like an absolute maniac. So we did the only reasonable thing—we called the front desk to figure out what was going on. Turns out, the man wasn’t some random psycho—it was their security guard. Security? Really? This man had the audacity to act like he was threatening to break down the door if we didn’t open up, all because of a plastic bag we’d left outside our door. Apparently, there was a misunderstanding with housecleaning, who we assumed would just pick it up. And to top it off, he was angry that we didn't know about the garbage chute rule—because clearly, this is standard protocol that all guests are just supposed to know? But instead of a polite phone call to clarify, we’re treated to a full on confrontation and we got a security guard banging on the door like we were criminals. Absolutely unprofessional and, frankly, unsafe. And to top it all off, they conveniently waited until our last night when we stayed for two weeks… to inform us—after the whole 10 PM door-banging horror show—that we’d be charged an extra $100 for the ‘cleaning fee’ due to the garbage outside. If this was really such a big issue, why didn’t they mention it earlier? Instead, they let it pile up (literally) just to hit us with a sneaky fee at the end. Feels less like hospitality and more like a scam. So, in short: You’re paying for the view. That’s literally it. Everything else? Dirty, broken, and filled with aggressive staff who clearly need to take a customer service class. If you want a relaxing getaway filled with chaos, long waits, and weird security guards, go ahead and book a room here. Otherwise, save yourself the headache—and the $100 “garbage fee.” You can do better, trust me.
