Przestronny, dobrze wyposażony apartament z fajnym widokiem

La ubicación es lo único que tiene este lugar. Por favor, si vienes a tomar unas vacaciones en la playa, no te hospedes en este lugar, la verdad no sé cómo lo llaman Resort, esto es un vulgar Airbnb y nadie responde por nada. Dicen que contactes al dueño para que te resuelvan cualquier inconveniente.

Lo primero es que al momento de la llegada te cobran por poder utilizar las instalaciones (de nuevo) ya pagaste el hospedaje y luego debes pagar para poder usar la piscina, NO está incluido. La playa no queda cerca, tienes que ser trasladado y recogido posteriormente. Te entregan una habitación con camas pequeñas, no llegan a ser ni queen size, almohadas demasiado baratas, colchones viejos e incómodos y esto dice ser cuatro estrellas. En el mismo orden, mi hijo de 7 años se quedó encerrado en el baño por que la manilla estaba rota. Tiene una puerta que comunica con otra habitación y escuchas hasta los ronquidos de los huéspedes de al lado, entre otras cosas que puedes llegar a escuchar. El olor a Marihuana, no les puedo explicar. Se cuela por el aire acondicionado, no se que onda esto. Pero la peor parte de todas es el aire acondicionado que está bloqueado, si tienes caños (obvio por que estás en la playa en Florida) no lo puedes ajustar a tu gusto, estaba fijado en 75grados, llego a estar en 77, si viajas con niños, este no es un lugar para ti, literalmente es un sauna la habitación, hace más frío en los pasillos. Solicitas que el desk front que lo regulen y es una burla, te dicen que si, que lo van a programar y no hacen nada, saben que no pueden o que no van a hacer nada. Si insistes, envían a un técnico con una aspiradora a cambiar la temperatura del aire, es algo incomprensible. Al final, terminas durmiendo con caños extremos, mi bebé de un años lloro toda la noche. Hablemos del parking. No hay parking en este “hotel “ OBLIGATORIO debes pagar desde 35$ al día para poder estacionar tu carro. La verdad les puedo decir que no reserven en este lugar, arruinaron por completo mis vacaciones

When we arrived in the evening, there was a strong smell of drugs. After the window was open for a long time, the smell was still strong and it is unreasonable and unacceptable. In addition, the room did not look like it was shown in the pictures, all the furniture and walls were old and broken. We left the night of the check-in and did not sleep there even one night.

Beachwalk Resort Positives: Great location with an amazing view — our apartment was on the 30th floor. The place was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Negatives: The front desk staff didn’t seem happy, and their attitude reflected in the service they provided. The Wi-Fi and TV were not working; we reported it on the first day, but it was never fixed. When I went to the front desk to point out that I was paying full price but not receiving the full service, they gave me the manager’s email address. It’s been four days since I emailed her, and I still haven’t had any response. Next time, I’ll look around for another resort.

Really disappointed in this venue, stayed here at least once before and had a great time in 2024, I am not sure what's happened to this place in the two years since I have stayed here last, but on this occasion had an apartment with cockroaches, which absolutely made our lives a misery, then came back to find that we had not been given back our deposit, $250.00 dollars, despite being told by the desk clerk when leaving that it would be refunded with in 72 hours of leaving, this place has really declined in the two years, so sad to see its declined especially in customer service stakes,!
