The Boardwalk Inn

The check in and out is super easy. The guy is always friendly and helpful every time we stay there. The beds are comfortable.

The Boardwalk Inn had very friendly staff and great customer service. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice for the price point. We plan on booking again if in the area.

Desk Host was very friendly and kind. Owners need to fix / replace doors. You could see where some numerous doors had chunks missing and the locks damaged where people had tried to break in. I rented three (3) rooms and one of them was covered in fleas. My son went in to leave his bag and came out several minutes later with FLEA's on his legs! We went to the front desk to complain and get a different room and the host didn't seem to be shocked. His new room and the other two(2) were ok. Not a bad stay after that. The breakfast was good and the lady taking care of breakfast was very friendly and kept everything well stocked the whole time.

It was a good location.

They were upgrading. Lots of stains on carpet.

Marijuana smell everywhere, front desk, the rooms. Ridiculous! The hall to our room had trash on the floor like they clearly hadn’t vacuumed recently. Our air unit was extremely noisy because of a loose frame. Phone didn’t work, fridge didn’t work. Had to go to the front desk to get WiFi password. No room service. Won’t go back.

Overall good. Would rent again.

I want a refund. Stuck in a side building with just a couple men. Did not feel safe. Then my key card lock looks like someone took a hammer to it and the front was broke off. Wanted to get a refund but there was no one at the front desk and I tried calling twice and no one answered. I did not feel safe to stay there by myself with to younger kids so I left.

Stay was awesome, hotel has good bones and needs some TLC; however, beds were awesome, clean bathrooms and breakfast was great. A little paint and fresh carpet would do wonders! We will stay again!

The pool was nice. Room was clean. Toilet was clogged from day 1, they gave us a plunger but I tried for 48hrs to unclog it and maintenance never came. I finally went and they gave me another room but I had to move all my family stuff to a different room where the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. ALSO, our key card only worked maybe 3 times so we constantly had to get keys made because we were locked out of our rooms… with a baby. I have stayed here a couple other times and it was not this bad. I don’t know what has happened
