Drift Palm Springs, a Member of Design Hotels

Customer service of this staff was out of this world. However it’s a very loud hotel. Thankfully I was by myself and not with my younger kids if they wanted to sleep early.

The property is very modern, clean and comfortable. Beautifully designed. Great beds and new towels and lined, could not fault. The pool area was clean and well maintained. There is not much service around the pool but the bar and restaurant wasn’t far or a huge bother to walk over. Communication with the staff was over WhatsApp and very efficient, nothing was too hard and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

There are no wardrobes in the bedrooms, just hooks with hangers and nowhere to hang up a towel. Small detail but slightly annoying after a few days.

Had an amazing stay! New amenities, clean rooms, amazing rooftop bar, hospitable staff; the list could go on and on. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, rooms were massive and very comfortable, well stocked and would be great if you were there for a long time. Beds were super comfortable, pool was great! Room appeared very clean when we arrived!

Upon further inspection, there were certain areas of the hotel that over our 4 days at the hotel I noticed were not cleaned. As well, the smell of the dishwasher in the room was not good. Avoided at all costs, which made me slightly concerned that it is not frequently deep cleaned.

The rooms are large, we enjoyed our suite and the pool is really nice.

Não gostei do fato de não ter serviço de limpeza do quarto, somente se vc pedir e pagando extra por isso, de não ter contato com funcionários, me senti em um AirBnb, não gostei da cama, não gostei do banho que tem uma cortina muito pequena no chuveiro e molha o banheiro inteiro, quando se toma banho.

Great place to enjoy your group of friends and/or family! It was perfect for our family, enjoyed the 2 rooms with king beds. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in town.

The pool was great! We enjoyed the views of the local mountains in the morning. Cabanas were fun for spending the whole day at the pool, and had great service!
