ANZ Hotels Scranton

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Only downer was the place was dated. A little long on the tooth.

All the staff was super friendly and helpful

This hotel is a gem in Scranton, PA. It has a beautiful, vast lobby area with a bar and restaurant, although both were not open, there is a magnificent potential. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Best of all were the staff, who were all welcoming and friendly. In particular, the receptionist I first met, I think his name is Terrence, was wonderful. He exuded such a positive and enthusiastic attitude, I couldn’t help but smile and relax. This was a great feeling after a long day on a frigid highway. Cheers to ANZ and their terrific team in Scranton.

everything was good, but the bathroom was a little ruff, open nail holes in the walls, rusty lights above sink and spots of paint peeling

Everybody is so nice especially Triston and Friday. They always take of me when I am there. I highly recommend this hotel!

Seeing construction outside my windows

Would stay there again. The place needs some updates and fixes (e.g., pool area) and the breakfast was not as much as expected (a bag with yogurt, a fruit, granola bar, pound cake, water bottle or juice) but it did the trick. There was also a coffee and tea station open 24/7 and the staff was very helpful and hospitable.

Most of the staff are pleasant. Property is clean. Check in was easy. Rooms are comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
