arrived at property and the owner would not allow me to check in even though beds were available. stated her lease had ended. she was already paid for the rooms in advance. now we are struggling with getting a refund. very rude. was ordering food while i was trying to get it sorted. was refusing to answer calls while i was sitting there from the management. had to get another room.

this is an older hotel that the owners are currently renovating. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

No one came to check me in and there was an odd man on the side of the building

room smell bad, difficulty to open bathroom door, no Towell change to another room, it's no better than the last.

My stay at Paradise in was a while back. I just thought to leave a review to let others know not to stay here if they can help. I would not recommend the hotel. The mattress was worn out and the towels were crusty. For that reason, I did not take a shower before leaving. Bring your own towels. When leaving the hotel the following day, I noticed on the other side of the dwelling there was a pile up of old mattresses that looked very nasty to be honest giving a odor as passing. Just not the best hotel in Hattiesburg.
