Rodeway Inn Hattiesburg North

Second time staying here. As always, clean, neat and people are very nice.

Had to wait a half hour for staff to show up to check me in after a sign was posted back in 5 minutes. No breakfast at all, not even coffee. Terrible room. The toilet seat barely hung onto the toilet by one bolt and the water in the tub took forever to drain. Also, little water pressure. Floor tiles were loose & others were nailed down. 2 threadbare towels to use & 1 tiny sink soap. Air conditioner was very noisy & didn’t cool the room. Do not waste your money staying here.

The second floor was horribly uneven. The plaster and paint was peeling off the ceiling. The microwave was rusted and didn’t have a plate on the turntable. The bed was super squeaky. Couldn’t have sex for fear of the bed breaking and just the overall noise it would make. Also cigarette burns in the non smoking room. No top sheet on the bed. Pubic hair on the towels. Remote control was taped together.

No working fridge or TV. And when I called the front desk, all they did was offer a stay for a second night at the same price. Why would I continue to stay n a place where I can't even have a cold drink or watch a Lil TV.

Check in was quick…. I can not complain much. I got what I paid for.

The floor was uneven there was one light when you come into the property one light over the face Bowl. The covers had cigarette burns on them, the towels were very worn, the shower was so filthy that I refuse to get in it! When I booked the reservation it had a breakfast included, which turned out to be not the case. I went to the front desk to find out where they were serving and their response was Expedia has not corrected the problem we're not the problem Expedia is the problem. For me it was inappropriate while I was there, one lady who had checked in before me was making her third round at getting a key that would unlock her room. I should have walked away then but I was tired and had hope that's the room would be at least comfortable! Boy was I wrong the Light Between the two beds was there without above and I was unable to plug it in because the plug-in portion was not there - cut. What annoyed me most was that the floor was not level. I have problems with my back, and this didn't help! I returned to the room quite late on Friday night and I had been locked out of my room! Who does that? I had to literally drive to the front office to find out what the problem was. I was never told what caused the problem, She handed it back to me and said now it will work! Go figure! Also in attempting to contact the property, I was informed that I was a no-show. I could on! Can i get a refund? The mgrs blamed EVERYTHING ON EXPEDIA! They were not professional AT ALL!

The cost was a money saver.

It was very dirty. Towels were even stained. King size premium room only had 2 pillows and as pictured was at least 4, but when we asked for more pillows we were told no. Breakfast was not included like it said on the room bookings. Overall horrible place to stay. Almost nothing is correct in the booking description.

It was ok. The floors were warped, and every door had dents like it had been kicked in at some point. There was no bath tub faucet. Just a pipe coming out the wall, but at least it had a shower head. Oh, there was no phone in the room, and they don't do late check out at all. Don't forget the fenced in chickens they had on the property.
