Surestay is awesome love love the rewards program and breakfast very important And so appreciated the staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool I clean rooms are clean and you'll love it here. Make a reservation with BW. You'll be glad you did.

The sheets were dirty. The floor was not swept. The bathroom was a mess. Very dirty

"Would have been better minus the black mold and rudeness of the housekeeper."

The pool. The beds were comfortable

There was mold in the bathtub. Not just a small patch but a huge area of black mold on top of the shower and in the room. The housekeeper came in the room without knocking at 10:24. Asking were we checking out.

Room was dirty. Ended up leaving due to it having bed bugs. Definitely a junkie location as well. People were outside all day and night.

When we checked in the service was prompted and they attended to Service Animal Needs without an hesitation. The hotel was fully remodeled and was a quiet stay. We will be definitely staying here agian.
