Thank you! The location and the place were fantastic!

Noisy at night. I booked in advance and requested 3rd floor but they did not grant my request and I could not sleep until 4am.

The atmosphere and vibe of this place are truly wonderful. Everyone is incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. I love that almost every day there’s a new program or activity to enjoy, so it’s easy to have a great time and meet people. You don’t need to go far or search for entertainment—the hotel has everything right here. There are relaxation areas to suit every style. The food at the bar was excellent—the burgers and sandwiches we tried were absolutely delicious. The cocktails were amazing as well, with options to suit every taste.

I was not given a parking permit and my car was towed. I am paying for a rental car I didn’t get to drive. Would I stay again probably not as I had to pay a lot of money for something I didn’t get to use because of no permit.

It was nosy due to night club is under the hotel and I was on second floor so I complaint and they were so professional and moved me to third floor where it's quiet and peaceful!

Pulled into parking lot to check in and was told my car would be towed immediately. I said I just got here so need to check in and bring permit back out. She said your car will be gone. Wow. Really? Hotel manager happened to check in with me via text to confirm my arrival. Thank goodness! I was more than a little upset about the check in and parking process. However he came out with the permit and helped me out with that crazy piece of the stay. The rest of the stay was great. So an A for the hotel and staff. F for stupid parking situation. I would recommend just don’t leave your car alone! LOL.
