"I went there to see a couple of friends who moved to Sant Petersburg FL."

Sebastian and Jeff who work there were excellent and helpful. Two great employees. The location to various restaurants and bars was excellent The staff overall were welcoming

I think the size of the sink in the room could be better. Something like a cabinet style with storage and larger top

Close to Pinellas Rail Trail, nice continental breakfast and close to many restaurants and clubs.

Bit of music at night but not bad. Almost acted like white noise.

"St. Pete downtown ideal location but tiny, dark motel feel."

Location. View. Central Downtown.

Was not Deluxe King. Space was cramped and super small, bathroom small. Was a studio. Cheap furniture. Was not honest and transparent online. Made partner uncomfortable being mainly a specific sexual orientation which also wasn't listed. Dark colors. No desk, sofa, chair. Overpriced, only thing going for it is the location.
