Self check-in was very comfortable and easy to use. Just needed to wait for check-in time, but since it's quite close to shopping etc, then spending time looking around was efficient.

Since it's not really a hotel, cleanliness is your own doing + taking out the trash (rules are very strict, so need to make sure you know what goes where etc).

- Great location (in between Chungmuro and Euljiro 3 stations) - Good for solo traveler - Has ensuite washer and laundry soap provided - First stayed in UrbanStay in Busan, and enjoyed it

- No blackout curtains, sun rises quite early in May/Jun and it was difficult to continue to sleep as it got too bright even with the blinds drawn - Pillows were a bit too high and uncomfortable - No clear signage to the entrance / lifts (shares the same lifts as Namsan Centeal Suites)

The location was good. We loved having a stove and a washing machine.

It was good overall. I just wish the curtains covered more the windows to stop the light early in the morning.

Very convieniently organized room, feels clean and high quality.

Room was small. I know it's common in this country, but it was small.

Close enough to myeongdong tourist area, but not in the middle of it that it is chaotic.

The location is very good. But you have to mention that the building is Central View Suite Namsan, this will help for the 1st time stay.

The location is close to Myeongdong and the room is clean. The room has everything you need including laundry, cookingwares so practicality wise, you can save by dining in the room doing the cooking by yourself and also laundry. There was a GS25 and cafes in the building itself. Noting it was close to Myeongdong (15 minutes away), location is great and you avoid the noise within the actual Myeongdong area.

I was a bit confused as the main signage visible was for Namsan Central View Suite. They sent a message that the property location was such but they should put more emphasis to the main signage reference. Took me awhile to figure out it is within the same building. There was also no daily cleaning for the room so if you are going for a long stay, you’ll have to request cleaning and pay for it. Should also provide yellow plastic bags for the food wastes.
