Imperial Suites

This facility was totally misrepresented by Expedia. It was rated 4/5. This place was disgusting. It might be okay if entertaining a topless dancer, engaging in a in an illicit affair or hiring a prostitute. As evidenced by the shower with a glass wall, room colored with neon lights and mirrors above the bed; this room was not intended for a family or a 70 year old man and his wife. Expedia should be ashamed to have represented this motel as acceptable. Obviously we did not stay there and, in good faith, Expedia should refund our reservation.

Nice place, affordable

Staff was nice and we loved the blue playboy bunny room. It was clean & looked brand new and we hope we can come back to the same room

This is a one-star property. A motel, zero amenities. Bulletproof glass around registration desk. Poor lighting around the outside. Bad lighting in the room. Rubber liner under fitted sheet (I'm not kidding). The cheapest 3" round soaps you can buy.Only good things? The door locked, the toilet flushed, and an enthusiastic Indian desk person who helped me turn on the TV.

it’s was nice and very quiet

Everything was nice but it would have been nice to have nicer pillows and nicer tiles and the cleaning staff can do just a little bit better in the showers my last day there was a lot of hair in the shower

It did what we wanted it to do, except for: 1) First day we settled in, we went to a local museum. Returned to find we've been locked out of our room. We had paid for a 2 day stay. Took it up with the owner, who apologized profusely, and let us in. 2) Second day, 6:30 am, car alarm going off. Then, a full blown domestic dispute starts. In order to prevent damage to my truck, I had to get dressed, go out and move it. Asked owner, at check out, if he knew what was going on with the sketchy people roomed above us, said yes, and that he threw them out, and banished them from returning. In light of these issues, a refund of some sort may have been in order. But, it wasn't to be...
