I had to wait to check in as my room was sold to someone else. Then when I got the room there were roaches. I asked for another room and they were rude and told me nothing else was available.

We discovered that this facility was being used as a shelter when we arrived. There were bugs all over the place, including water bugs, roaches, and bedbugs, and the rooms were filthy. I'll post the room's level of cleanliness if I can. The situation only got worse despite the staff's best efforts to control another room.

I was a late night arrival on short notice and the initial check-in experience was fast but I was given a room that was already booked. The new room I was given had inadequate entry locks. There were stains on the carpet and bed. There was an uncleaned spill behind the microwave. The refrigerator did not work. It was gross. There was a loud group of people running around and yelling all night long. A lot of unsavory characters hanging out around the place. Probably a crime haven.

I have to say after I saw roaches coming out of the bed I left and didn’t return!!

The hotel was horrible with no clean sheets that had blood and burnt. There were bugs inside and all over outside. I checked 3 rooms and they were all the same dirty rooms. However, the staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating

We couldn’t really fault the staff at the hotel as they were very helpful with taking bags up to the rooms, paying for items from the vending machine when our money and cards were not working, free bottles of water and a happy and friendly attitude. Location also good in terms of being close to the airport. Beds were also comfortable.

Unfortunately the room was certainly not up to standard, from the moment you open the door you are greeted with a overwhelming smell of smoke or some kind of drugs, the room itself is extremely unhygienic in fact it’s not clean enough to keep animals no matter humans. The bath towels were filthy with brown marks all over them, foot marks all over the bath mat, skirting boards looked like they had not been cleaned for years and just generally looked dated and unkept. We had two rooms and in both rooms the toilet seat nearly fell off, our toilet didn’t flush properly, hairdryer didn’t work in one room, coffee machine was unhygienic and needed drastic cleaning, one room had bugs and cockroaches, the lift didn’t work to the upstairs rooms and overall the experience was just shit!!! The hotel really needs some drastic work doing before this can be classed as decent and charge what it’s charging per night for a room. Avoid until they do some major refurbishment!

Room was dirty and broken. Smelled like cigarettes even though the room was "non smoking" We checked out immediately
