"Hotel staff were very helpful and professional. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good."

Great location. Several restaurants nearby.

The bed was very uncomfortable due to it firmness. The shower was leaking a lot of water outside the door while showering causing us to lay our towels down and then having to ask for more towels to dry with.

"Disappointed. I expected better from Marriott based on my previous stays at other hotels."

Room size with a king bed was very cramped. Apparently a pet was having gastrointestinal issues and the hall carpet on the third floor had pet feces in a number of places. For the price of the room I expected much better. The food at Pitalian was overpriced and fair quality.
