Location and staff. Bed linens were clean.

Motel is outdated, needs freshened up in the rooms. Took 10 minutes to get hot water to the room. Had a musty smell.

They charged me twice

They changed me twice the computer was down I put a 100$ cash deposit until the computer came back on line after checkout my card was charged. No one has been able to help me since.

The heater had one setting, so you have to battle that with the AC unit still in the window which all the buttons were either gone or falling off. Coffee maker didn't work, also tv remote didn't work. Also, the water coming out of the hot faucet was orange.....!

It was a nice area

It was outdated, not clean at all, needed maintenance. The bathroom was disgusting. Room was Noisy. My grandkids were afraid the bed had bedbugs, so they slept on top of covers. TV had very few channels and the air conditioning did not work properly. It had plywood over the window next to the air conditioner

The beds were firm.

Terrible chemical smell. A time capsule from the 60s. A step up from camping in the rain because the roof doesn’t leak in that room. No Wi-Fi to the room we had far from the office.

5 of us stayed in family room. A little small but we wanted to be close together. We had 2 smokers with us so they were able to go right outside to smoke. Pool was really nice and clean. Room could use updating as comforter and blankets were old. We bought blankets to use from nearby Dollar General.

The bedding.

Most disgusting place I've ever been. First when we arrived they could find our reservation , changed 20$ over quoted price ,bed was hard and lumpy, mold in bathroom mouse droppings in cabinet could not even open fridge all the way. ( not that I would put anything in it it smelled, and peace l'swe're broken
