No hair dryer. No lotion. No conditioner. Shower didn’t work until I fixed it. In the middle of a parking lot. No breakfast. No coffee in room or out.

No coffee maker, no iron, bed was low to the ground, no coffee in lobby

I STAYED NUMEROUS TIMES NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH STAFF

UNFOURUNATE I LOSTT WALLET WITH MY ID , I SHOWED THEM THE RESVERVATION CONFIRMED ON THE APP, NO ID CANNOT CHECK IN HOWEVER WHEN I OFFERED TO PAY WITH G PAY ON MY PHONE THET DIDNT REQUIRE A PIC ID

It is new place less than 3 years old and was clean.

There is no breakfast or coffee offered at this location. Basic set up. Towels were small and thin not absorbing. I had to go down to desk with wet hair for dryer as they did not answer phone. Other toiletries upon request some with fees. Lights in room kept coming on all hours of night and must get up to physically turn off. I informed the front counter staff. They indicated the rooms have overhead motion light and patron must remove setting on light switch but not mentioned at check in. They also informed me 100.00 deposit will not be credited to card for up to 5 days even if 0.00 dollars were used for incidentals. There was a bill discrepancies and they assured will be corrected prior to posting on card as I showed them my bank draft showed two identical charges pending. Beds were not comfortable creaked each time you moved and hotel overpriced for one night stay over 300.00 dollars!
