This place was beautifully designed and so thoughtful. The interiors were decorated so intentionally and the exterior space was super impressive. Staff also let us park our box truck behind the hotel which was super great. Would totally stay here again if we are back in town. Cheers to the ownership of this space. I’m sure it took a lot of hard work to get a place like this up and running.

Maybe shower could have been hotter. But that’s it.

Such a cutie! The decor is very thoughtful. Super Scandinavian and natural. I would stay here again! Also the best snacks in your room!!!! And the shower is gorgeous. It was hard not to spend all my time in the bathroom lol 😂

I didn't like that I had to download an app to check in. And my bathroom was down the hall from my room so I had to bring my phone with me into the bathroom to be able to get back into my room. Kind of annoying.

We had no idea what to expect when we arrived. What a gem!! Wonderfully appointed, clean and modern, we could not have asked for a better experience. The (only) slight drawback might be the parking (neighborhood street), though it didn’t take too long to find a nearby spot. Highly recommend this place!

The property had an eclectic and artistic vibe. Good neighbors emphasizes style and good design and that sensibility shows up everywhere. The building is a renovated older structure with just the right amount of modern touches. When we arrived, in the middle of an epic storm, the staff welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family or old friends. Seriously, the team and the owners were wonderful. We were invited right away to take part in community events in the coffee shop on the ground floor. The food and coffee served in the cafe were excellent and creative. Has all the imagination and heart that you see lacking in the bigger hotel chains.

Would recommend including top sheets on the bunk beds. That’s all.

Really clean, nice room. Loved the entire set up and the room. Easy to access. Hard to find parking unfortunately and there was a loud meeting in the lobby in the morning, otherwise, great experience.

Beautiful decor. Would have different fabric for towels and sheets. Neighborhood is in a transition. Two properties next to it boarded and in need of restoration. Hope that will happen. Good restaurants nearby. Safe to walk as a solo traveler.

Extremely beautiful space, clean and peaceful. Just what I needed!

It may be a nice touch to have an electric kettle and some herbal tea for the evening hours (when the downstairs coffee shop is closed). It was odd to be provided mugs at the mini bar but no opportunity to use them.

The property is unique and the decor is very artistic and interesting. The attention to detail was wonderful and the accommodations were very nice. The area is less than 10 min walk to the main drag in Hamden where there are many nice restaurants, and it was quick to get a rideshare. It was a little less nice in some of the surrounding area though. My main frustration is that I had to download an app to get the door codes. AND they sent only the numbers but no instructions. There were two different types of key codes (main and room doors), I had to fuss each time to guess whether it required pushing numbers PLUS a check mark or press the circle or press something before to wake up the lock. I had to do guess work each time with multiple tries and I would def dock half a star if I could for this.

The place was great... beautifully designed and furnished. There is no staff on site (which was made clear in advance).. but when we had trouble getting in with the door code we called a number and it was taken care of immediately by someone who was friendly and efficient.
