USLike their sister property the Bee, this hotel is beautiful, immaculate, and has amazing service. Would absolutely stay again on my next trip to Danville. Bonus is a great coffee/wine/food spot across the street!
Hotel was very clean. Convenient to dining and the venue at Caesar’s. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My only suggestion as far as the room would be a shower curtain on the side of the shower that doesn’t have a glass door. Water got all over the floor during a shower.
USFrom the time of reservation, my experience was great. The friendly staff was knowledgeable and recommended great local restaurants and businesses to visit. Location is close to the casino. The rooms were bright, spacious, clean, and well stocked.
We came to Danville to pick up a new car we had ordered. Upon check in we went to store some money in the safe in our room when we discovered the safe was locked and displaying an error code. We called the front desk and the immediately offered for us to switch rooms to one where the safe worked because it was going to take a while for Maintenance to help us and we had dinner plans. When we switched rooms she had upgraded us to a suite which was so unnecessary but it was very appreciated! Our experience was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again!
