Banyan House Vacation Rentals

Excellent place! The owners are so nice and truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The property is beautiful and centrally located. We stayed in the main house. It was very cozy. I got a chance to peek into the apartments, they're also inviting and offer a bit more space.

Outside: A little waterfall, ample parking, a pool. Inside: Comfortable rooms, kitchen surprises, and a historic common space stocked with sips and nibbles. To borrow: Bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, tools for combing sand for shells or shark teeth. To top it off, Rosie and Odi are such lovely, gracious hosts. I can see why guests return (based on guests we befriended at the pool) and I might turn into a repeat guest myself.

We loved our stay at the Banyan House! The property was lovely and the room was very comfortable. The kitchen had enough condiments for us to cook without needing to buy too much extras. We had a major car issue on drive out and arrived after hours, but Rosie was very accommodating and we were able to get into the room with no issues. The hot tub was surprisingly so good and the pool was perfect. We also loved the beach, not crowded and ample spaces to park. We enjoyed watching the sunsets out there during our stay and it is only a few streets down from the property and there are also walkable green spaces. Lovely stay and we would definitely book here again!

Beau B&B , Il y a tout l’équipement pour qu’on s.y sente bien : vélo, chaise pliable de plage parasol ⛱️ et une belle chambre bien équipée . Belle chambre joliment décorée avec beaucoup de goût

Le petit déjeuner! Catastrophique! Je n’ai jamais vu cela dans un B&B ! Hyper déçu ! Même un best western fait mieux! Ca a vraiment été très décevant. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits on a donc espéré que le second jour serait mieux mais non… pas de personnel ! On se sert avec des croissants et des muffins qui sont emballés dans du cellophane quelques yaourts pas de pain, pas de beurre, 2 malheureux fruits dans une corbeille …

The location in North Venice was fine, particularly if you had a car. The rental was more of a B&B located in a residential neighborhood. Just fine, just a little hard for my Waze app to find. The staff left excellent instructions on how to access the property due to my late arrival. Flawless. Free off-street parking was the "cherry" on top.

Basically nothing. The stay was very, very comfortable. The breakfast bar was basically available 24 hrs., which meant not having to rush to get something to eat.

Das historische Gebäude mit der kreativen Ausstattung und den jeweils unterschiedlichen Unterkünften haben uns überzeugt. Ein sehr schöner Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen, in der Mitte ein Fischteich und natürlich der hunderjährige Banyantree. Strand und Altstadt sehr gut mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen. Sehr empfehlenswert für mobile Gäste (Auto oder Fahrrad). Kleines, aber feines Frühstück im gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Die Matratze sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden.
