Close to NAF El Centro to watch the Blue Angels practice and the motel staff changed my room as needed

I booked a handicap accessible room, and it was on the second floor, with broken stairs and no elevator and a broken, would not flush toilet. No other room was available, he said until the next day. Persons outside were arguing very loudly, seemed like someone was about to get shot.
