Location was nice. The room was OK. I’ve been in better locations but overall, it was a good location.

Nighttime front desk, part charge my car twice for one night of stay and then called me at 4 o’clock in the morning in my room woke me up out of my sleep and asked me to come downstairs to swipe my card again because his system wasn’t correct payment. I instructed him to call his manager if he had any issues with the system and then realized that he had charged me twice for the room and was asking to swipe my car a third time. And then went down to the front desk at 4 AM where I had to ask him to call his manager and after about 20 minutes, he called his manager in the back room did not solve my issue told me that he was going to leave a note for the next person to come in and correct the fact that he had overcharged me. He then refused to call his manager again so they could guide him through the process to solve my issue then. I stood at the front desk at 4 o’clock in the morning after he woke me up out of my sleep for almost 30 minutes, trying to get him to resolve my issue. In the end, he did not resolve my issue and left me to call back after I had departed the hotel that morning and get my issue resolved. In no way shape or form should anyone call a guest at 4 AM in the morning to wake them up out of their sleep, especially when they have paid for the room not once but twice. In the end management realize that they had charged me twice and refunded my money but all of this occurred after I had departed the hotel and big and plead with the attending to resolve my issue and haven’t been awakened from a deep slumber at 4 AM in the morning.

The breakfast was very good. I like that we had different choices. The food tasted fresh. All was kept at a good temperature. The set up was very organized and easy to get to all items.

The facility was unable to check us in for several hours due to their system being down. Finally had to force a cancelation and refund. Worst experience I have ever had at a Hotel/Motell/AirBnB.
