Low prices. Guy running desk was super nice.

Heavy drug and prostitute activity. Normally this place probably would have been a $40 a night joint, or a per-hour place, but the prices may have been jacked up for bike week, causing us to believe that this was a better hotel than what it was. We had "Crackhead Bob" living in the room next door running deals out of his room all day and night. There was constant traffic to the "ladies" rooms in the next row of rooms over behind us. We had people knocking on our doors all hours of the night, probably looking for "Crackhead Bob". The rooms were recently renovated and had a fresh coat of very sloppy paint. That was the only perk. This place is not for families.

Stains everywhere, unkept, and dirty.

I love staying at 712 Inn the employees are always so nice and friendly. And. It is quite and peaceful.

Proprietor was very nice and courteous.

THE VALUE WAS UNBEATABLE! MANAGEMENT WAS VERY NICE.

Needed a cheap hotel just to sleep in. It’s perfectly priced for what it is. Clean and safe and got a good nights rest.

It's clear the owners are trying to rehab a neglected facility with limited resources, but it's hard to justify staying here when the fully furnished hotel next door is the exact same price. I didn't realize this was a motel given the description and pictures, and the price is a little high for how minimal the experience was. There were a lot of minor issues (poor lighting in room, haphazard renovations and repairs, a couch that literally did not fit in the space allocated), but the only serious concern I had was that the hot water took a very long time to appear and never got anywhere near sleeping I would call hot. I wouldn't go back, but honestly only because of the price.
