It’s was great
There were roaches in the room. Big ones. One even crawled into my bag. Disgusting. Had to ask for room to be thoroughly cleaned, because when they would clean it initially, the sheets wouldn’t be changed. Staff wasn’t helpful. Will not be returning.
Just a one night stay but it was nice.

US⚡️First of all, the previous review (and the only one so far) appears to be from the management. TripAdvisor should check reviews by users with one review and accounts created just before the review was posted. Raj appears to be the manager/(co)owner. Hawthorne by Wyndham is a franchise… Arrived to the property in early afternoon and was greeted by a friendly front desk clerk. 👍 This is a half Hawthorne Suites, half LaQuinta property. The front desk is for both brands/franchises. We had a two queen/double bed room reserved. However, when I got into the room, I noticed that it was a king bed room. With a reservation for four, I do not understand how could four people fit on one bed. I returned to the front desk and was politely told that there are no rooms with two beds available. I was about to ask whether there is availability in the LaQuinta wing of the building when the clerk told me that there is one room. However, the room had the towel rack broken and the maintenance person was not available. I was willing to compromise. When I got into the room, I observed a misused nightstand lamp, no mirror on the bathroom wall (⚡️), and a loose outflow cover on the bathroom floor (see pictures). Raj may want to check the property for missing essentials… a mirror on the wall, for instance. Showering in the morning, I observed yellowish water coming out of the shower head. There is typical breakfast selection consisting of muffins, eggs, waffles, bagels,.. Do not count on yogurt or fruit. I did not see them. I do not know whether the other nearby recently built properties offer the same experience.
