Hyatt Place Boise-Meridian

Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. And the location was right off the freeway and close to plenty eating places

This location is beautiful, the building looks great and the rooms were very nice. Unfortunately, after our first day we had an emergency and had to leave. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just some understanding or the option to come back at another time. Instead, there was no offer, no empathy, and no flexibility. I understand “policy” is policy, but sometimes the right thing for a business to do is show compassion to guests. It’s disappointing, because we actually wanted to return next month, but now we’ll be staying elsewhere. A real shame, since the property itself has so much potential.

Nice accommodations, great staff. Mitchell at the front desk was a particular delight. Recommended.

This is a really nice motel well designed and clean. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was very enjoyable!! It has an upscale feel! The bar is really nice, the food was great. They don’t deliver to the rooms tho. The fitness room was great!! The outside pool gets the afternoon sun which was awesome!! Room was nice, comfortable bed and pillows!!
