I have stayed here before and, as always, it was spot on.

That my reservation had NOT BEEN CANCELLED! I spent a great deal of time talking to various representatives with booking.com ON THE DAY of my arrival. The first one advised he would send an email to the hotel and expected to hear back within 24-48 hours. Nothing could be done until after check-in time.
