"Inoperable Side Entrance Door"

Convenient location

My room was at end of the hall, near side entrance, on first floor. Side door wasn't working with key card. It was after dark so I wanted to enter hotel quickly from parking lot. Walked around hotel to the front desk. Employee said I probably didn't know how to use keyless lock. He came to the side door and he couldn't make it work either. Basically said, "Oh well, it's just broken, I guess." I had to then carry/roll my bags around the building and enter through the front entrance. Not a huge deal - just an observation. The employee seemed unconcerned that the lock was inoperable.

The room, including the bathroom, was spacious and clean. Easy access to the highway.

No many amenities close by. Hotel location is a little isolated, despite being right off the highway.
