Home2 Suites By Hilton Grand Rapids Airport

Booked this hotel because it lists a 24 hour shuttle service - only to discover that it doesn’t run during the early morning hours. Still had to drive and park at the airport for our 530 flight.

Agent was very helpful and accomodating.

We stayed at this property strictly for the park 'n fly that was advertised. The wording led us to believe that it was a free service to park your vehicle at the hotel and that the shuttle was free. Which was NOT the case. Yes the shuttle to and from the airport was free, but you had to pay for each day that you were leaving your vehicle at the property. Upon our return, we called when we got to baggage claim (as instructed when we were originally dropped off at the airport) and were then told by the property that we would have to figure out a different ride back because the company that they use to do the shuttling to and from the airport, wasn't available at that time So we were left at the airport WITHOUT the 'free' return shuttle back,with 4 adults, one toddler and 1 three month old, without a car seat that we had arranged prior,

The heater made an irritating noise all night couldn't sleep at all.

I was charged $291.30 on my credit card I was not supposed to be charged. I booked the package deal through Expedia. The hotel was included in my package deal.
