La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Jose Airport-Downtown

booked for late arrival and staff onsite was pleasant and helpful. room was clean and nicely appointed. breakfast was just what we needed on the way out. i liked that there was a small frig, microwave, coffee maker and safe in the room. it was roomy without being cluttered. i would book here again for sure.

Bed was comfortable. Breaking was great.

Could use a door to the sink area for privacy. Shower floor gets slippery. Lady at front desk was rude at first but then she was fine.

Surprisingly clean and comfortable. Convenient location for the airport and some of the local major attractions. The best interactions were with the valet (Beto) and the woman running the breakfast service who very kindly brought out more muffins when I asked.

I called down to ask for an additional pillow and more towels. The woman at the front desk told me that our king bed had 5 pillows already. I explained that both my husband and I use a lot of pillows and asked that one be sent up. I also mentioned that we only had one towel in the room. She got a little snippy and said they’d send up another pillow and towels. The gentleman who brought up our stuff literally brought a pillow and only one towel.

The property was great, clean and friendly staff. The price was very reasonable.

Unfortunately, the people next door were loud and argued all night and into the morning. Making it almost impossible to get any sleep. No fault of the hotel.

Parking was 25 dollars, the staff very unfriendly, locations of the place not good too much noise! No free WiFi!! Breakfast was very unpleasant!!! Only eggs, coffee, bagel, not vegan options!!!

Staff were friendly, hotel was very clean, and the room was perfect! The tv remote was even sanitized! Don’t miss out on the breakfast when you stay! I would definitely stay here again and check for other locations for future trips.

Das Hotel ist neu und schön strukturiert eingerichtet. Es macht einen gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Das Frühstück ist recht einfach, like Wyndham aber ausreichend. Ich kann hier nichts von den negativen Bewertungen oder ähnlichem feststellen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind fleißig, enett und engagiert. An der Rezeption kann man 24 Stunden wie in einem Kiosk einkaufen.

Der Ausblick aus Raum 211 auf ein Vordach und eine Wand war eine Vollkatastrophe. Eher eine Art low Budget Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und ca. 50 Minuten weg (also nicht am!!!) zu Fuß vom Flughafen.
