"Good"

The room was really disgusting. There was hair and stains on the bedsheets. The bathroom had red stains on the wall that appeared to be blood. The shower had almost no water pressure and lastly, the room smelled like it was just bug bombed with pesticide. I honestly can’t think of a single positive thing about this property or the experience I had here.

Good for the value, not perfect but the breakfast made up for it.

Kitchen area was messy but may be due to families there. Shower low on body wash but extra bar soap in room.

"There was no stay!"

We were enroute to Lake Charles when I received a phone call telling me that the hotel had been overbooked and we did not have a room. They did put us in touch with another hotel however we ended up returning home. I made that reservation about a month in advance so it’s hard to believe that my reservation should have been the one to be cancelled. Very disappointing.
