Breakfast was great and coffee was wonderful and the location is very convenient and I would recommend.

I can honestly say I enjoyed it here.

This is a nice, clean hotel. It is my choice when staying in Richmond, IN. Clean, updated rooms. Great reception staff. Housekeeping is the best I have seen for this level of hotel. This is my preferred hotel in Richmond.

The hotel staff was super friendly, check-in and check-out were very easy, and the pricing is highly affordable. However, we were very disappointed with our room. The first thing we noticed was how strongly it smelled of cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking building. It was also not cleaned very well - there was a dirty sock underneath one of the beds and a notable amount of hair on the shower floor. All-in-all this hotel was fine for a one-night stay on a business trip. We got what we needed - decent beds with a light continental breakfast in the morning. We were happy to find something so cheap. You definitely only get what you pay for, though.

We were welcomed by friendly staff and got a quiet room behind the office. The bed was comfort and we had a good night sleep. The cleanliness was average. I found this motel didn't keep up well. The fluorescent light above sink was blinking. Luggage rack was not found in the room. Toilet was old style and used a lot of water (if the owner didn't mind to pay). Outdoor pool seemed not to be used for a long time. I gave them my suggestions during check out. Hope they did listen what their customers said.

Easy check-in and the clerk was very pleasant. The room had all one would need for a good night's stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and had good towels and the other stuff for a good shower. They have a continental breakfast with biscuits and gravy. The room had a flat-screen with cable and the WiFi did a good enough job

We stopped here in the midst of traveling from PA to IL because it was the only local hotel that answered the phone late at night or still had space available. The lady at the front desk was extraordinarily friendly and answered any questions we had. The area is not very well lit at night but we managed to find the room with no trouble. The bathroom is leaking somewhere ( room 123 ) and there was water all over the bathroom floor. To make it worse, when we woke up in the morning the main room was flooded because of turning the AC unit on. The fridge made an annoying buzzing sound throughout the night and something inside of the fridge or AC unit is loose as sounds of something falling kept waking us up. The bed was fairly comfortable and the staff was very friendly but like any budget hotel you get what you pay for here.

My wife, stepson and I stopped here on a last minute dash to Pittsburgh from Missouri to see a Cardinals game before returning back to school (we are teachers). We always try to stay at Choice Hotels and were disappointed when it seemed every Comfort Inn for a thousand miles was booked. We pulled in very late since they were the only hotel with open rooms. I will say they were super friendly and accommodating and had we had more than one eye open we probably wouldn't have stayed. No complaints against the people who helped us when we checked in and out the next morning, but we were a bit alarmed by the apparent large groups of people who call it home. It was very affordable and our $60 room was exactly what you'd expect. Carpet seemed original from hotels inception many years ago. Needless to say we didn't ask any questions and just went to sleep immediately. They offered breakfast and we took a few bites and checked out. It was fairly clean just ridiculously outdated. From the outside the rooms look really good, it was just the inside.

Stayed one night during a business trip. Very friendly, helpful desk clerk - good representative for the hotel. Room was clean, good sized tv. Excellent a/c - took only a couple minutes to cool down room. Room was quite dated, but functional. Bed was uncomfortable - too hard. Didn't care for the vinyl floor. This was an inexpensive hotel, so I didn't have high expectations.
