Room and Hotel environment was great. Gym had great equipment.

Understaffed. Cafe/bar was not manned. Gym was kept too hot, warmer than hallways. Hard to work out in a hot room.

The water took 10 minutes to heat up for a shower. There were no amenities... water, coffee in the room. There was no Decaf in the lobby, only coffee and tea. Location was not great, but i did not feel unsafe. Staff was ok . On arrival the staff was super nice, and helpful. Later on, not so.

"New hotel offering great service!"

Stayed at the hotel with my daughter’s softball team. We were playing in a tournament in the area. The hotel has been open about 6 weeks. It was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly! The team enjoyed eating breakfast in the lounge area, and having Starbucks. Definitely enjoyed our stay!!
