"A reasonably good value in an expensive area."

The building is old but reasonably well remodeled. Room is quite small with minimal furniture. The shared common kitchen is very nice.

The bed was not very comfortable. Kitchen was difficult to use because of small size.

"Great value for the money."

Easy to get to restaurants and shopping. AC works well. The bathroom was very nice and clean with great lighting. The electronic access was good.

The main room was dark with all the lights on. The ceiling fan had one light that wasnโ€™t very bright. Probably a few bulbs were out.
