Hotel Manteo, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Diana was awful. Took so long at check in and gave us the wrong room. We come this way about once a year. Will find another place comparable next trip.

I really appreciated the staff- the person who checked us in at arrival was different than who was there when we checked out. Both were fantastic staff members- friendly, engaging, and helpful. The bed was comfortable and clean as was our room.

Staff was very friendly, and they allowed us to stay in the same room when we had to book a second night last minute, due to a road closure (HWY 12)

The pool was dirty - looked like mold/algae on the bottom of it A breakfast option (something light like a free continental grab and go style offering) would be appreciated!

The photos on your site was very misleading. It showed the main building, which appeared to be decent, but we was put at the very back of the property, in a old building where people was living out of the rooms. Very shady at best. We did not feel safe at all. We had to spend one night because we couldn't find any other place, but the next morning even though we booked two night we left and found another place to stay. I will be calling this company to try to see if I can get a refund for the second night because we was badly mislead by this company

They put us in a building to the back of the property that was not the same quality or safety as the front building or quality. Bait and Switch. We did not stay there and left after seeing the room. Booking.com reversed charges. Thank you Booking.com

Did not look safe or clean. We left immediately. It would have been okay if they put us on the building they advertised but the building to the far back of the property down a cart patch was an F property and I have never said that about anything in the US. Looked and felt like a 3rd world country.
